SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when Purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Crossroads Distributing charges a shipping fee equal to 10% of the total order amount. The minimum order amount is $500 per store location.
We will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Shipment processing times will be agreed upon and included in the signed purchase order. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping currently. Please contact us at 406-866-0000 if you are interested in this option when purchasing our products.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Crossroads Distributing shipping is ONLY available for orders being delivered to business addresses within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We are unable to accept P.O. Box and general delivery addresses.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, MISSING, OR STOLEN?
Crossroads Distributing is NOT liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We, Crossroads Distributing, release the liability of our product once the shipment has left our facility.
If you receive your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Take photos and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Crossroads Distributing will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
